Per-message charges, at Meta's rates

Billed by Meta once you set up payments in Meta. HeyPing never sees your card and adds nothing on top.

Adding a second workspace moves you from Starter to Growth. HeyPing shows the new price before you confirm, and you only pay the difference for the rest of the month.

About billing

What exactly am I paying HeyPing for?

A flat monthly fee per workspace for the HeyPing software: campaigns, templates, contacts, order updates, the API and support. Message charges are separate and go straight to Meta.

What happens when I add a second workspace?

You move from Starter to Growth. HeyPing shows you the new monthly price before you confirm, and you only pay the difference for the rest of the current month (nothing extra during your free month).

We need three or more workspaces.

Tell us how many brands, outlets or teams you have and we'll set up a Custom plan with volume pricing. Invoice billing is available.

Do prices include GST?

No. Prices are before GST. HeySheep Technologies Pte Ltd is GST-registered (GST Reg. No. 202611374C), so 9% GST is added: S$65.40 a month for Starter and S$118.81 for Growth. Your tax invoice shows the GST.

How does the free month work?

Start a plan and add a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nothing is charged for the first 30 days. When the free month ends, your plan renews monthly on that card. One free month per business.

How do I pay?

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, billed monthly through Stripe with a GST tax invoice. HeyPing never stores your card number.
